A team of medical interns from Kasba dehra PHC Centre visited Mahatma Gandhi Government School, Kasba Dehra, Umren, Alwar to conduct a practical and informative session on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) today. The session aimed to equip students with essential life-saving skills and raise awareness about how to respond effectively in emergency situations. During the session, the interns explained the importance of CPR in cases of cardiac arrest, accidents, or drowning. They demonstrated the correct hand placement, compression technique, and breathing methods used in CPR. Students were also given the opportunity to practice under the guidance of the interns, which helped them gain confidence in handling real-life situations. Police officials shared valuable information about identifying online threats, protecting personal information, and the responsible use of social media.   “Be the change that you wish to see in the world.” – Mahatma Gandhi On 1st October, our school celebrated Gandhi Jayanti and the birth anniversary of Lal Bahadur Shastri with great respect and enthusiasm as there is public holiday on 2nd October on the occasion of Dussehara. The day holds a special significance as it marks the birth of two great leaders of India—Mahatma Gandhi, the Father of the Nation, and Lal Bahadur Shastri, the second Prime Minister of India. The program began with garlanding the portraits of both leaders, followed by a brief speech by the Principal highlighting their contributions. On 15th August 2025, Mahatma Gandhi Govt School in Kasba Dehra, Umren, Alwar, celebrated the 79th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and devotion.  The celebrations began with the flag hoisting ceremony, a moment that filled every heart with pride.
